Welcome to the BTE Racing Car of the Week series, where we feature our customers and drag racing fans, and the cars (and trucks) they love to race. Today we're featuring Destin Bailey from Marrero, Louisiana, who owns and races a 1964 Dodge A100 Van.

How did you get into drag racing?
Went to the track with my dad at 6 weeks old, first national event at 3, junior dragsters at 9, and now footbrake.

When and where was your first drag race?
My first race was on my 9th birthday racing a junior dragster at No Problem Raceway.

What model/year do you race now?
‘64 Dodge A100 Van

Does your car have a nickname?
Da Van

What's under the hood?
496 Big Block Mopar
