BTE’s torque converters — also known as stall converters — are available for a wide range of performance and racing applications, whether you drive your vehicle to the track or pull it with a tractor-trailer.
Some of those applications include drag racing, monster trucks, mud racing and street performance. We’ve been building specialized high and low stall torque converters for racing and other uses, and have been since 1961.
BTE’s options of street/strip torque converters or full racing converters use newly designed and manufactured components. This allows our torque converters to maintain consistency, withstand heat, pressure and torque. These are all important elements to consider whether you’re cruising down the highway or racing down the strip.
Some options include the 11” street/strip torque converter, 10” street/strip torque converter, 12” street enhancer torque converter with racing torque converters like our 10”, 11”, 9”, 9.5”, 8” and the newest model, a bolt together racing torque converter.
