BTE Racing is matching posted contingency on NHRA and IHRA events on both our BTE Racing Converters and the BTE Racing Transmissions.

To process your claim please provide us with all of the following information:

  1. Payee's Name, Address, Phone, E-Mail, Federal ID or SSN
  2. Driver's Name
  3. Sanctioning Body, Event Name, Date, Location
  4. Class, Place, Car#, Model, Product
  5. Photo of vehicle showing decal(s).  No stacking of decals, please.
  6. A copy of the invoice showing product (s) purchased in your name within two years of the event or an invoice showing product being “refreshed” by BTE during the two year period prior to the event.  Products purchased from BTE dealers must show purchase of products also.
  7. Serial number of product(s). These numbers are located on the cases of each unit.  Make a note of the serial numbers before installing units in your vehicle. 
  8. BTE Contingency Account Number.  (This number will be assigned with your first event win of the season)

Each and every event or race must have a contingency form with the needed information submitted either by mail or fax.  You may copy this form to use to submit the information.

Once you are in our system, you will be assigned a contingency account number that you can use to streamline future processing.  Photos are only required annually unless you receive a particular request, although we appreciate seeing you in the winner's circle every time. 

Submission of photos grant BTE permission to use said photos and event information in advertising copy.
